Lying Upright Row
Lie on the floor, with the band placed centrally around the middle of your feet (keeping your feet pointing away from you), holding both handles of the band with your arms straight, resting on your waist.

Exhale and smoothly pull the band up, until nearly level with your chin, keeping your elbows out to the side, with your back and heels firmly on the floor.
Hold for 2 -3 seconds in the upper phase, inhaling as you lower down under control, aim to lift and lower the band close to your body line.
Take care to keep your feet pointing away from you, to prevent the band slipping of your feet.
