Lying Worlds
Lie on your back with the band centrally placed around your feet, with your hands grasping each of the handles, keeping your feet pointing away from you throughout the exercise.

Keeping your back and head firmly on the floor, smoothly pull the bands up having a slight bend in your arms, taking your arms all the way up, passed your shoulders, until they are extended above your head.
Hold in the upper phase for 2 - 3 seconds, prior to returning back to your starting position, then repeating for desired amount of reps.
This exercise will obviously place a lot of tension on the band, so you may not be able to perform the full range of movement, so aim to work within your own limits.
Care should be taken to check the band for any signs of wear or tear, and to always keep your feet pointing away from your body with your heels on the floor.
