Shoulder Muscle

The shoulder is a very mobile joint that enables the arm to be moved in a multitude of directions, and as such there are currently over 130 different shoulder exercises within this section.

Care should be taken when chosen your weight to realize that as you raise / extend your arm out to the side (lateral), the effect of the weight will greatly increase the workload, the further your hand is away from your body.

Always begin with a lightweight, and learn correct technique prior to lifting any heavy weights.
