Swiss Ball

Always check that the Swiss Ball is free from any damage, especially from cable machine wear and tear. The harder you inflate the Swiss Ball, a greater level of balance is required.

Because you are often focusing on maintaining good balance, most exercises used on a Swiss Ball will require you to use a lighter weight than you're accustomed to.

Aim to use the Swiss Ball as an exercise bench, in order to have a greater range of movement for each exercise. Persons with good balance may decide to perform numerous exercises whilst kneeling on the Swiss Ball, however these will focus on other muscles rather than the those of the shoulder area.

Aim to work within your own limits - targeting the muscle you wish to train.
