Lying Around The Worlds
Lay on either your front or back on an appropriate sized Swiss Ball, holding suitable dumbbells in each hand by your hips.

Keeping your upper back horizontal to the floor, and in contact with the ball, smoothly move the weights from your hips to a straight-arm position behind your head.
Throughout the movement, aim to keep your arms straight, rotating your wrists as you feel comfortable, however focus on keeping your arms parallel to the floor.
Can be performed working both arms, one arm at a time, or even alternate arms – as one arm goes outwards, the other comes back in.
