The Netfit Team have put together a vast array of training programs for you, which you can alter to your own specific needs and fitness levels.

If your a complete beginner to fitness, or have had a long break from exercise, its worthwhile looking at the beginners workouts first, progressing once you can comfortably perform the workout.

We have added a number of workouts for the most popular pieces of gym equipment, or the ability to simply use your own bodyweight as a means of resistance.

The simple key to success is never train sore muscles - however in order to progress they will need to feel that they have been worked.
