Walk - Jog - Run
Without doubt the biggest form of exercise that any of us perform is walking, that simple task of putting one foot in front of the other.
Now with our training programs, a complete beginner can take up the challenge and progress from walking to jogging, to being able to enter into a running event such as a 5k fun run.
These training programs have been designed to cater for all fitness levels, for those that have never even contemplated entering a fun run, from either 5k all the way to a marathon.
Unlike any other training programs you will see, the Netfit Team have spent a very long time testing these workouts to make sure that you get the best for your efforts.
Additionally you will also see that there are separate training days for working the upper - lower and core muscles, as the team knows how important it can be, to have the strength within your body, to help you finish any challenge ahead.
For those that are already at a high standard of fitness, there are a number of training programs that you can try on the treadmill, courtesy of Britain's Fittest man and gym / triathlon legend Hywel Davies.
