Sit comfortably on an incline bench, with your back fully supported by the bench, having your feet on the floor to stabilize your movement.

Commence the exercise holding suitably weighted dumbbells in each hand, with the weights just above your thighs, elbows out to your sides.
There is only a small range of movement for this exercise, however smoothly lift the weights upwards, close to your body, keeping your elbows higher than the weights throughout.
Lower down under control, avoiding any forward leaning during the movement, repeating for desired reps.
Can also be performed with one dumbbell, holding the weight on its ends, or with the weight vertical.
