Attach a suitable handle to a low pulley cable, which you need to hold behind your back, facing away from the cable machine, standing 18 inches away from the pulley.
Lean slightly forward throughout the movement, with the balls of your feet placed on the edge of the raised platform, smoothly raise your heels from the floor, up to a tiptoe position, holding in the upper phase for a few seconds, prior to returning down under control.
This exercise can be performed in a number of different ways, single foot – double foot – with a combination of foot placements.
