Bar Hand Horizontal Move
Grasp a suitably bar / broom handle with both hands in the middle, however keeping the bar horizontal to the floor.

Keeping your elbows fixed into yours sides throughout the movement, slowly take one hand off the bar, placing it to one side of the other hand, in order to take the bar out to one side.
Aim for small movements, concentrating on keeping your arms straight and back straight, shoulders pulled back.
Always keep the bar clean and dry, you will only need to make a few movements in each direction to realize just how simple but effective this exercise is.
Never go to far, as you will find the bar may drop suddenly, causing damage to either your wrist or lower leg.
