A variety of manufactures make specific squeezing balls, however a tennis ball or Chi Ball will do the job at a fraction of the cost.

Simply grasp the ball in the center of your palm, and use your fingers to squeeze the ball inwards.

You may decide to work all the fingers or simply pushing inwards with one or two.
