The wrist and forearm muscles are often neglected, however for true body strength, it's essential that these small but important muscles are worked specifically for optimum body strength - improved skill handling levels and reduction in injury.
Working most upper body exercises will at the same time work the wrist / forearm muscles, however you are as strong as your weakest link, neglect these exercises at you will understand why your strength / skill levels do not increase.
