Secure the resistance band with your feet at the bottom, placing your hands through the loops, with your fingers pointing forward, palms facing each other.

The resistance band needs to be placed at the mid-point of your index finger with your thumbs on top.

Keeping your elbows tucked into your side, increase the resistance on the band by smoothly tilting your hand upwards, and then lowering down only a small way, focusing on keeping the tension within the band.

Aim to protect your fingers by wearing gloves, if your band is pulling to hard onto your skin, or place an old credit card style piece of plastic over the top finger to help distribute the resistance point, and increase the resistance by raising both your fingers and also arm upwards.

If you lower your fingers to far, you will find that the band simply slides off, concentrate on keeping the pressure on the band, with your fingers straight and slightly upwards.
