Tricep Dip Machine

A common piece of equipment found in most gyms that if used correctly will provide an excellent isolation for the tricep muscle.

keep your elbows tucked into your sides finish with your arms bent to 90 degrees

Hold yourself up with straight arms, aiming to keep your body line straight, however you will probably need to bend your legs, in order to prevent your feet touching the floor.

Lower yourself down, taking your elbows back, aiming to make a right angle with your arm. During the downward phase, you may find you naturally need to lean forward to aid in your balance, however avoid excessive leaning, as this will reduce the benefits of the exercise.

Smoothly raise your body back up, using your arms to initiate the lift, rather than jerking with your legs.
