Hi Cable Side Tricep
Connect a single cable attachment to a high cable pulley, which you would hold in your right hand. Stand slightly away from the machine, so that your left shoulder is facing the machine.

Cross your right arm over your body, aiming to keep your elbow high, as you will commence the exercise from a bent arm position.
Smoothly pull the cable attachment across your body, so that your right hand is down by your right hip, focusing on keeping the elbow tucked into your side.
Throughout the movement, aim to have your palm facing towards you, keeping your hand close to your body.
Turn around 180 degrees, so that your right shoulder is know facing the pulley, and repeat the exercise with your left hand.
You may wish to use your spare hand to support your back to prevent you from leaning forward.
