Rope Low Pulley
Connect a rope attachment to a low pulley, holding both ends, facing away from the machine. If you don’t have a rope attachment, you can always place a strong rolled up towel through the center of a single hand stirrup attachment.
Stand
upright with your hands behind your head, keeping your elbows tucked by the side
of your head throughout the movement.
Smoothly straighten both arms, taking your hands above your head, whilst keeping your back straight, avoiding any body and upper arm movement, focus on letting the triceps do all the work.
Having your feet shoulder width apart, with a slight bend in your legs, aiming to remain static throughout the exercise.
In the final lifting phase, you may wish to finish with your hands close together, or take the hands apart to increase the contraction of the tricep muscles
