Rope High Pulley
Attach a rope connection to a high pulley, grasping each end in your hands, palms facing each other. If you don’t have a rope attachment, you can always place a strong rolled up towel through the center of a single hand stirrup attachment.

Stand facing the machine, with your elbows tucked into your sides, smoothly pull the rope attachment down, keeping your back straight and head up throughout the action.
In the final phase of the movement, aim to pull the rope apart, taking your hands away from your bodies center line, in order to increase the contraction within the tricep muscle.
