Stand facing the machine, with your elbows tucked into your sides, smoothly pull the V- Bar attachment down, keeping your back straight and head up throughout the action.

Keeping your elbows tucked into your sides, allow your arms to return back to the starting position, with the V-bar traveling no higher than your chest.
