Stand facing the machine, with your elbows tucked into your sides, smoothly pull the attachment down, keeping your back straight and head up throughout the action.
Keeping your elbows tucked into your sides, allow your arms to return back to the starting position, with the attachment bar traveling no higher than your chest, maintaining a strong wrist position - (avoid letting your wrists turn upwards).
