Tricep Machine Seated
Most modern gyms will have a seated tricep machine, which will enable beginners to weight lifting the chance to safely develop their muscular strength, however most experienced lifters would not use this type of equipment.

Throughout the movement you will need to seated in comfort with a straight back, having the back of your arms (tricep muscles) in contact with the front support pad, with your elbows shoulder width apart.
Always make sure that the machine is set up for your height, ask a member of the gym staff to give you some assistance if necessary.
Keeping your feet on the floor, and chest pushed close to the front support, smoothly bring your arms from a bent position, to one whereby your arms are now straight, remembering to keep your tricep muscles in contact with the front support throughout the movement.
