Twin High Cable Standing
Stand centrally between to high cable pulleys, holding onto a single stirrup attachment, with your elbows pointing forward at shoulder height.

Commence the exercise with your hands close to your ears; palms facing upwards, and smoothly straighten your arms, so that your palms are facing the floor.
You may wish to stand with your feet astride in order to help prevent your body from leaning forward during the movement.
Focus on keeping the elbows pointing forward, especially during the returning phase, and keeping your back straight during the extension phase.
Can also be performed with one arm, using your other hand to help fix the arm in place.
