Close Grip High Cables

Kneel down facing the cable machine, with a small bar attached to a high pulley cable, having your hands close together – 4 to 6 inches apart, palms down, keeping your upper arms close to your head.

Commence the exercise, with your hands just in front of your head, smoothly extend your arms downwards, focusing on keeping your elbows close to your side, throughout the movement.

This exercise can also be performed with a reverse grip in a standard – close or wide grip hand position.
