Lie on your back with both arms extended out to your sides at shoulder height, keeping the hands about 2 - 4 inches off the floor.
Holding a small medicine ball in one hand, keep the arm straight and aim to throw the ball from one hand to the other, catching the ball without your hand hitting the floor.
If you find it difficulty to actually catch the ball, you may decide to perform in a seated position, as this exercise will require you to become accustomed to your where your hands are.
