MB 1 Step Chest Pass
An excellent exercise for sports such as Basketball.
Stand with a suitable medicine ball at chest height, grasping the ball at the sides, keeping your elbows high.
Take one stride forward, whilst simultaneously exploding your arms forward, aiming to generate maximum horizontal distance with the ball.
You may decide to work this action for desired reps with a partner, or alternatively use a rubber medicine ball, which you can bounce of a solid wall.
