MB Chest Pass Sprint
A number of different positions can be adopted to throw the ball, however your aim is to generate maximum horizontal distance with the ball, and then immediately sprint using your arms to help generate speed.
Advanced athletes may decide to work from a kneeling position, throw the ball whilst landing in a three quarter press up position, then explode upwards again into the sprinting action.
You may decide to throw the ball in a number of different directions and likewise sprint either forward to the sides, or even run backwards.
