MB Tennis Serve Toss

This exercise cab be performed either standing or seated, whilst holding a suitable medicine ball in both hands, with your arms extended out to your front.

In a smooth motion, bring the ball back towards one shoulder, having one of your elbows ideally inline with your chin, whilst the outer elbow will be facing downwards.

Once the ball reaches your shoulder, immediately extend both arms forward, releasing the ball out to your front, aiming for maximum horizontal distance.

You may decide to simulate the movement a few times in a slower action, prior to exploding the movement and releasing the ball.
