Pass Backs Locked
Keeping your arms locked out straight throughout the movement, stand close to a partner of suitable athletic ability and aim to pass a medicine ball between you.
The movement should come only from your fingers and shoulder muscles, with the ball traveling only 1 - 2 feet for each pass in quick rotational movements.
You may decide to have your legs staggered to help fix your body position, or alternately, one or both partners could move either backwards - forwards - or side to side.
Aim for the ball to travel as horizontal as possible, this action will require good communication between.
