MB Force Backs

Good throwing and catching skills will be required for this exercise, as your aim should be to pass the ball with great force towards your partner.

The thrower should be only 3 - 6 feet away, focusing on releasing the ball directly into their partners hands.

The catcher should have their arms extended at chest height with fingers spread wide, with a slight bend in the arms.

Absorb the high impact of the ball, taking your hands back to your chest, ideally keeping your elbows high. You will also find that if performed in a kneeling position, the force of the ball will cause you to lean back.

Great care is required to make sure that the ball does not hit you in the face and also that your fingers are not injured during the initial catching phase.
