Underarm Throw
When performing throwing and catching drills, you may decide to change your hand grip to work different muscle groups.
Throwing with your hands underneath will generally course vertical height, and work the muscle of the biceps, whereas grasping the ball at its sides will work the triceps, with the ball traveling horizontally.
Regardless of your sport / goals, look at changing your hand grip for a number of different throws / catches to insure all-round muscular strength gains.
