1 Arm MB Shot Putts
This exercise can be performed with your feet either stationary, standing tall with a suitable medicine ball, close to your shoulder, grasping the ball from underneath, or as a shot putt style, squatting down, using the power of both your arms and legs.
Focus on keeping the ball close to your shoulder and chin, with your elbow high. In a smooth explosive movement, fully extend your arm, aiming to pass / throw the ball horizontally.
You may want to try this action on both arms, using the squatted position, upright action, or even taking one stride forward during the throw.
