One of the largest and most powerful muscles in the body, the gluts are often neglected in most peoples workouts, as they are normally difficult to isolate, and tend to be exercised along with other muscle groups, such as those of your quadriceps (squats) or hamstring curls.
Always aim to warm-up and stretch the glut muscles prior to exercising them, especially if you have spent the day in the office seating on them.
