Press ups will help develop all over upper body strength, and can be performed by person's of varied athletic ability, by simply reducing the weight load on your arms, by resting your knees on the floor.

As some of these exercise's are advanced, you may find yourself having to perform them on your knees, this should not be a negative - always work within your own limits, making sure you perform every exercise with good technique. Aim to gradually increase the amount of repetitions for each exercise, when you can per from 25 of each with good technique, move to the harder level.
