Medicine Ball Push

Using a rubber medicine ball, place both hands on the top sides of the ball, and aim to perform a number of press - ups, style according to your strength level.

Utilize the ball by either pushing down on to it, and using it as a small spring board, or bounce your chest it.

Advanced athletes may be able to lift upwards with the ball, using their upper body strength to both stabilize the landing and move into another explosive uplift.
