Incline Depth Jump
Set up a suitable step box platform, ideally 12 - 18 inches high - the higher the box, the easier the exercise, as you're reducing the weight load on your arms.
Keeping a straight line through your legs and spine, commence the exercise in a lowered bent arm position, withyour chest close, however not touching the box.
Lower down just an inch, and then immediately explode upwards, aiming for vertical height, prior to landing back down, making sure that you absorb the landing by placing your hands wide, bending the arms out to your sides.
You may decide to immediately repeat the movement again, however this will only be suitable for persons of high strength levels.
An easier variation will be to use a higher platform, and aim to push up all the way to a standing position.
