Press Up with Clap

Its important that you always land on both wrists, fingers spread in order to prevent any damage to your hands.

Adopt your style of press up position - full or three quarter, however as you lower, prepare to explode upwards, whilst simultaneously bringing your hands together to make a clapping sound.

Advanced methodAdvanced methods of this exercise are to clap your hands against your chest, or for highly advanced athletes, behind your back.

You may decide to land and take off on a soft exercise mat.
