Depth Jump Press Up
Working with a partner, rest your knees on the floor, having your partner hold your bodyweight at your shoulders, whilst you lean forward.
Keeping your arms straight, communicate with your partner, so they let you fall smoothly down unto your hands, which should be inline with your shoulders upon landing.
Absorb the impact by placing some exercise mats where your hands will land and also bend your arms at your elbows.
Dependant upon your athletic ability, you may decide to explode upwards again, whereby your partner will grasp your shoulders and repeat the exercise.
