Press Up Stair Climb

Find a suitable wide stairway, or smooth slope, and aim to travel both up and down, moving in a lateral press up position, exploding both upwards and sideward's with each movement, lifting both your hands and feet off the floor.

Focus on landing clearly on the steps, keeping your body straight and knees high to prevent these from hitting the edges of the step.

This is an advanced exercise, and requires a high level of strength and suitable surface to perform the movement on.

You may decide to work with 1 foot and hand on different steps, especially if the step width is narrow.
