Side to Side Hop

Hop on your left leg between a fix point of two markers, ideally 3 - 5 meters apart. As you reach the left marker, change legs and immediately hop to the right marker on your right leg.

Focus on getting both height and lateral side movement during each jump, using your hands to aid both balance and increase vertical lift.

Take off and land on the ball of your foot, keeping your ankle fixed throughout the movement.
