Low Squat Jumps
Stay in low squat position, and perform 5 small bounce jumps going in a forward motion, with minimal vertical movement, only a few inches off the ground.
Focus on keeping your thighs parallel to the floor throughout the movement, using your arms to aid your balance.
On your final fifth bounce, explode vertically upwards, aiming to get maximum height.
Rest for sufficient time before repeating the exercise again.
