Lower Body Plyometrics

There are a multitude of plyometric exercises for the lower body, however prior to performing any of them, a good warm-up and stretch should be performed in order to minimize injury and to maximize results.

Lower body plyometric drills are classified in different forms, according to the demands and action placed upon them. We have also placed an indication of the exercise difficulty, 1 - 2 being suitable for beginners, 1 - 3 suitable for intermediates, 1 - 4 for advanced, with 5 being conditioned athletes.
