Incline Rope Jump

Use a strong rope, which needs to be stretched from ground position to a height of around 48 inches, over a distance of 5 - 10 meters.

Keep the rope tight, and take small jumps forward and over the rope in a smooth motion, using your arms for explosive power.

Focus on lifting your knees high and tucking your feet under your hips as the rope becomes higher.

As you become fitter, look at increasing the distance of the rope in order to increase the number of jumps.
