Roll and Vert Leap
This exercise is best performed on a soft matt or grass, ideally repeated in a forward or rearward direction for a number of repetitions.

Keeping your feet close together perform a simple forward roll, however as you come on to your feet, explode upwards using your arms to help generate height.
On landing roll either forward or rearward and repeat the process for desired amount of repetitions.
You may wish to perform the final jump up on one leg and finish with a sprint forward – to the sides or even rearward.
