Pulley External Rotation

START
keep your arm bent at 90 degrees with your elbow tucked into your side
MIDDLE
avoid leaning forward during the movement
FINISH
aim to take your arm across your body

Sit with your right hand shoulder facing towards a low pulley, holding a single stirrup connection in your left hand, having your arm bent to 90 degrees, with your forearm parallel to the floor, having the cable extend across your body. Make sure you sit far enough away from the pulley, to prevent the cable rubbing against your right leg.

Keeping your arm bent at 90 degrees, with your elbow tucked into your side, smoothly rotate your arm around to your left side, keeping the arm bent at 90 degrees, with your elbow tucked in.

Focus on using your shoulder muscles to make the movement, aiming to keep the tension on the cable throughout the movement.

Return back to your starting position, prior to repeating for desired reps, and then changing arms.
