Across Body Low Pulley
Lie on your side on the floor, or on a flat bench, having a single low pulley stirrup handle in your upper arm, keeping your arm straight, facing towards the pulley. Aim to be able to have a good range of movement, and maintain tension on the cable throughout.

Commence the movement with your arm extended across your body, having your feet placed firmly on the floor to give good stability.
Smoothly pull the cable, taking your arm from a horizontal position, to one where your arm is now straight, vertical to the floor, keeping your arm straight throughout.
Hold in the upward phase for 1 - 2 seconds prior to lowering down under control and repeating for desired number of reps.
You may wish to increase the exercise difficulty by taking your hand all the way down towards the floor, after crossing your body.
