Twin Rear Delt's
This exercise can be performed either standing or seated, placing yourself centrally between to high pulley cables, holding a single stirrup attachment in each hand.

Stand back from the pulleys with your arms extended straight out to your front, with your palms facing each other, hands close together.
Keeping your back straight, and head up, smoothly pull your hands back, keeping your arms straight parallel to the floor, so that they are inline with your shoulders, at the side of your body.
Hold in this outer position for 1 - 2 seconds prior to returning back to your starting position and repeating again for desired amount of reps.
