Keeping your arm bent at 90 degrees, with your elbow tucked into your side, smoothly rotate your arm inwards to your bodies centerline, keeping the arm bent at 90 degrees, with your elbow tucked in.

Focus on using your shoulder muscles to make the movement, aiming to keep the tension on the cable throughout the movement.

Return back to your starting position, prior to repeating for desired reps, and then changing arms.
