Stairway Climb
Stand at the base of a stairway, with your hands extended down, placing them both centrally on the lowest step you can bend down to, however keep your legs straight.
In smooth explosive movements, push off each step, and aim to land on the next step up, until fully stretched, whereby you can repeat the process on the way down.
Make sure that the surface of the stairs is clean and dry, to prevent slipping or embedding any foreign objects in to your hand.
