Momentum Swings
Holding suitable dumbbells in each hand, aim to perform smooth swinging movements up and down, with your arms either straight or bent.
During the movement, focus on restricting your range of motion by stopping the swing and changing the direction.
This action can be worked in a multitude of directions with a variety of weights, however avoid excessive speed and breaking, especially in a lateral motion.
You may decide to walk forward - backward or sideward's whilst performing this action, moving the weights either alternately or together.
