Static Bench Drives
Any hand grip can be used, to lower the weight down towards your chest, whereby you will take a few deep breathes, lower the bar down to your chest and exhale as you drive the weight back up to a straight arm position.
Support the weight of the bar with your arms, don't let the bar lie across your chest un-supported.
Focus on an explosive upward movement, keeping your arms locked out at the final lift phase, prior to repeating after sufficient rest.
