Swiss Ball Slaps
Working with a partner who will hold a Swiss Ball securely, aim to slap the ball with either one or both hands in a variety of different positions - standing, seated even jumping.
Focus on a deep slap, whereby your aim is to push your hands into the ball, rather than just bouncing off the surface.
Avoid slapping the ball from underneath, or any direction that could send it into your partners face.
If you have no partner, you may decide to work with the ball resting against a corner of a room.
